SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS -- Papers are invited on all of the topics falling within the Scope of the Conference. Abstracts of no more than one page in length should be submitted electronically following the information which will be available at the Conference Web Site(http://hydrate.welcome.to/) on and after June 10, 2001. Those who encounter difficulty with on-line submission of abstracts should consult the onference Secretariat preferably by e-mail. The postal and e-mail addresses and fax number of the Conference Secretariat are given below.

The abstracts should be written in English and should be as informative as possible.
The abstract for each paper should contain (1) title of the paper, (2) names, affiliations and addresses of all authors, and (3)name, complete postal address, phone and fax numbers, and e-mail address of the author to whom correspondence should be directed.
THE DEADLINE FOR THE SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS IS SEPTEMBER 10, 2001.
The submitted abstracts will be under review by the International Scientific Committee of the Conference to check their suitability to the Conference. Abstracts judged to be unsuited to the Conference may be rejected. Provisional acceptance (or rejection) of papers based on their abstracts will be notified to the corresponding authors by November 10, 2001. At the same time, the authors will be advised of the guidelines for preparing camera-ready, full-length manuscripts as well as the deadline for submission of the manuscripts.
