概要Starting from my last visit (6.June.2009-8.August.2009) to Yasuoka Laboratory, as Visiting Professor of Keio University, and until now we have published several joint papers, performed MD simulation research and educational activity.
In the present talk I am going to report around several topics on the molecular dynamics study for the physical chemistry models and protein mutant structures outlined below as:


(1) “MD simulation of kinase CDK2-cyclinA complex: the effect of amino acid Gly16-- > Ser16 and Arg274-- > Gln274 substitutions on conformation of kinase subunit”,
