In fact, computer simulation may nowadays be regarded the 3rd established branch in contemporary science positioned somewhere in between the purely experimental and the strictly theoretical approaches. In this seminar a number of biophysical problems shall be discussed and methodic as well as computational aspects highlighted. The focus will be on recent methodic advances, currently open questions, high performance implementations and principal limitations awaiting further improvement. |
