Kiyotaka Akasaka
Born in 1948 in Osaka Prefecture. He joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1971 immediately after graduating from Kyoto University where he obtained a B.A. degree in Law. He obtained a B.A. and M.A. in Economics at Trinity College, Cambridge, in the UK. He was Ambassador of Japan to the UN in 2000 and 2001. From 2003 to 2007, he held the position of Deputy Secretary General of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). From April 2007 to March 2012, he served as United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Communications and Public Information. On August 1, 2012, he became President of the Foreign Press Center Japan.

赤阪 清隆
１９４８年大阪府生まれ。京都大学法学部、英国ケンブリッジ大学経済学部卒。１９７１年に外務省に入省。２０００年に国連日本政府代表部大使を務める。２００３年に経済協力開発機構（ＯＥＣＤ）事務次長に就任。２００７年４月から２０１２年３月までは国連広報担当事務次長（広報局長）。２０１２年８月より公益財団法人 フォーリン・プレスセンター理事長。

Haruhisa Takeuchi
Born in 1952 in Washington D.C., United States of America. After his graduation from Hitotsubashi University, he joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1975. His appointments include, Director-General, Intelligence and Analysis, MOFA, Ambassador of Japan to the State of Israel, Ambassador in charge of Okinawan Affairs, Ambassador of Japan to the Republic of Singapore. He retired from Foreign Service in 2016 and is now a Visiting Professor, Graduate School of Public Policy at University of Tokyo.

１９５２年米国生まれ。１９７５年、一橋大学卒、外務省入省。２０１６年に退職するまで、国際情報統括官、駐イスラエル大使、沖縄担当大使、駐シンガポール大使などを歴任。現在、東京大学公共政策大学院客員教授。 |
